Roberto Bravo has been involved in the field of Digital Health for the past 15 years. He is the founder and CEO of Persei consulting, a pioneering company in the Digital Health sector, and also is the founder and President of Persei vivarium, a Company whose value proposition is to bring to market those products “that enhance the processes of comprehending disease and health”. The early years of his professional career were in the multinational medical device industry, specializing in cardiac stimulation.

He received a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Univ. Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), and is an expert in the application of information and communication technologies in the field of bioengineering. He has actively participated as a teacher in the Masters program in Biomedical Engineering at University Rey Juan Carlos, and is a member of the Information Technology Doctoral Program Quality Committee at that University. Currently his teaching focus is on health Big Data.

Miguel is a telecommunications engineer who graduated from the Univ. Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and Stuttgart Universität, with an Executive MBA (IE Business School). He is the CTO and the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) of Persei vivarium.

He participates actively in the design and building of the information architecture and technology frameworks to develop the Digital Health ecosystems of the company. Previously he led the development department at Persei consulting and worked as a project manager in the telecommunications research and development field.

Elli has a degree in nutrition science (Ökotrophologie,University of Applied Science Hamburg). She leads the Business Development area at Persei vivarium and is also in charge of interoperability with prevention and wellness programs.

Previously she worked as a product manager in neuromodulation and gynecology/urology in multinational corporations. Her prior positions include those of international project manager at an Digital Health company, marketing manager at a nutrition company, and market researcher in a multinational company.

Dr. José Luis Rojo-Álvarez has a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering, and since 2006 he has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, University Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain.

He has published more than 85 papers in JCR journals and more than 150 (inter)national conference communications. He has participated in and directed more than 50 I+D projects (with public and private funding). His main research interests include statistical learning theory, digital signal processing, and complex system modeling, with applications to Digital Health and to cardiac signal and image analysis. In 2015 he joined Persei vivarium as Chief Scientific Officer.

Miguel has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering with extensive experience in consultancy and project management activities. He also has an Executive MBA from the EOI in Madrid. In Persei vivarium Miguel is the Controller and head of the Administration area.

During the last decade, Miguel served as manager of production departments, driving the implementation of ICTs, RD&I, environmental and infrastructure projects, as well as carrying out controller functions. Additionally, Miguel is a partner at VALDUR, a company that provides corporate advisory and funding strategies.
