In June, our company welcomed the new members of our sales team, an important moment for Persei vivarium business development and for our team.

For that reason, with the aim of providing adequate training and giving them a warm welcome, we designed a very special onboarding program, with a complete schedule for the first weeks, full of activities, group dynamics and training sessions.

We have put the focus on training, in which we involved all of our team. In these sessions, members of all the departments had the opportunity to give the new employees three 15-minute pitches where they could explain what they do in Persei vivarium and how their functions impact the company development.

During these weeks, we managed the use of our time and evaluated the entire process to test the effectiveness of the program and the employees’ comfort level.

After these intensive weeks and the feedback received, we feel very proud of the development of our onboarding process and we want to thank all the team for their efforts.
