Persei vivarium among the “World’s Top HealthTech Companies” for the second consecutive year

Following its inclusion in the 2025 edition, our company has once again been featured in the 2026 ranking, which recognises organisations from around the world that use digital technologies to contribute to more effective and accessible healthcare. 

This new inclusion further consolidates the international recognition of our track record in Digital Health, at a time when these technologies are playing an increasingly important role in transforming healthcare delivery models. 

For the 2026 edition, TIME and Statista analysed thousands of HealthTech companies worldwide and selected the 500 that achieved the highest scores. 

The evaluation was based on three dimensions: 

• Financial performance (50%): considering indicators related to financial stability, growth potential and operational efficiency. 
• Reputation analysis (30%): assessing public perception of companies and their solutions based on information available in the media, blogs, forums and social networks. 
• Online engagement (20%): analysing companies’ reach and level of interaction across their digital platforms. 

In addition, among the 500 selected companies, the performance indicator labels “Outstanding”, “Very High” and “High” were assigned based on each company’s relative position and performance. 

Persei vivarium achieved a “Very High” performance rating, a label assigned to companies whose overall performance falls within the middle third and whose scores in at least two of the individual pillars reach at least 65%. We are therefore proud not only to be included in the ranking, but also to have achieved a strong performance rating. Another reason to be proud is that only three Spanish companies made the list, further recognising our position within the Spanish HealthTech landscape. 

The companies included in the ranking were divided into six categories according to their market segment: 

• AI & Data Analytics: 109 companies. 
• Diagnostics: 40 companies. 
• Health Information & Management: 155 companies. 
• Medical Devices & Wearables: 52 companies. 
• Prevention: 29 companies. 
• Telehealth & Treatment: 115 companies. 

Persei vivarium was included in the Telehealth & Treatment category, which encompasses technologies that enable remote healthcare delivery and digital medical interventions, including virtual consultations, remote patient management and Digital Therapeutics (DTx). 

For the entire Persei vivarium team, being included in the “World’s Top HealthTech Companies” ranking for the second consecutive year provides further motivation to continue advancing the development and implementation of high-impact DTx and Digital Health solutions that deliver real value to patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations.
