Our company, <\/span>Persei vivarium<\/span><\/a>, has become a beneficiary of <\/span>funding from<\/span><\/b> CDTI for R&D projects <\/span><\/b>(\u201cProyectos de I + D\u201d).<\/span><\/a> The <\/span>Center for Technological Development and Innovation<\/span><\/a> (CDTI in its Spanish initials) is a public business entity under the authority of the <\/span>Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities, <\/span><\/b>charged with promoting innovation and technological development in Spanish businesses. Their support includes <\/span>providing assistance and funding for research, development, and innovation<\/span><\/b> in businesses of the country in the domestic and international environments,<\/span><\/b> jointly financed by <\/span><\/b>FEDER<\/span><\/a> (the European Regional Development Fund). FEDER is a key tool for political cohesion in the European Union; its goal is to <\/span>reduce the disparities in development across Europe, and improve the quality of life in the less prosperous regions.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our project, carried out thanks to funding from CDTI, will <\/span>promote the development of Digital Therapeutics (DTx) <\/span><\/b>during a period of 18 months. DTx are digital products (software) based on scientific evidence, intended to prevent, manage, and treat diseases.<\/span><\/a> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For Persei vivarium, <\/span>this project involves an important step toward our goal of offering innovative solutions in Digital Health that improve patient quality of life and promote the collection of evidence about the management of diseases in real life.<\/span><\/b> We are reaffirming our commitment to research, development, and innovation, through which we strive to meet the needs of healthcare professionals, the healthcare industry, and patients.<\/span><\/p>\n
